Client Booking Policy
Please take a moment to review our Client Booking Policy before scheduling your appointment. Booking an appointment indicates your agreement to the policies outlined below.
Deposits
A $25.00 deposit is required to secure select appointments and will be applied toward your service.
Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled.
Deposits may be transferred one time only to a future appointment if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance may be modified without penalty.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.
Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is canceled.
Consultations
Consultations are complimentary and do not require a deposit.
A $25 late cancellation fee applies to consultation appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
Rescheduling
• If you need to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, please call or text the phone number provided in your appointment confirmation. With proper notice, any deposit paid will be transferred one time only to a future appointment.
• For rescheduling within less than 24 hours, the original deposit (if applicable) will not be transferred, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
• For late reschedules, please use the booking link provided in your automated confirmation message.
Grace Periods & Late Arrivals
We currently offer a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled to respect the schedules of our providers and other clients.
In the event of a late cancellation due to arrival beyond the grace period, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Children & Minor Policy
For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the treatment areas or waiting areas.
The only exception is for Teen Facial services, available to clients ages 14–17, who must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at the time of the appointment.
Language & Communication
Our forms, consent documents, and primary communication are provided in English.
While we may have Spanish-speaking staff available at times, this availability is not guaranteed for every appointment.
We kindly recommend that clients have a basic understanding of English to ensure clear communication and proper completion of required forms.
Our policies and automated messages are available in Spanish for convenience.
By booking with us, clients acknowledge that they are comfortable communicating in English or a combination of English and Spanish.

Emergencies
We understand that emergencies can happen.
Please notify us as soon as possible if an emergency may affect your ability to attend your appointment.
While we do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, policies may still apply depending on timing and availability.
Payment Plans
Payment plan approval through Cherry is determined by the third-party provider.
Approval cannot be guaranteed, including at the time of your appointment.
Clients are responsible for full payment if financing is not approved.
Other General Policies
Please arrive on time and review all pre-appointment instructions provided.
All required intake and intake form(s), sent via automated messaging upon scheduling, must be completed at least 48-72 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to complete forms within this timeframe may result in rescheduling.
