Client Booking Policy
Please take a moment to review our Client Booking Policy before scheduling your appointment. Booking an appointment indicates your agreement to the policies outlined below.
Our policies are designed to help us provide the best possible experience for every client. By respecting appointment times, communication guidelines, and booking requirements, we can ensure a smooth scheduling process, minimize last-minute disruptions, and dedicate the time and attention each client deserves.

Deposit & Cancellation
New clients place a $50 deposit on select services; returning clients place $25, both with a card on file—no exceptions. (Deposits count towards service total)
Canceling less than 4 hours before forfeits the deposit.
Canceling within 1 hour or violating policy (preventing service) forfeits the deposit, and 30% of the service fee is charged to the card on file.
No-shows forfeit the deposit, and 50% of the service fee is charged.
Client Appointment Communication
If a client is unresponsive after two automated confirmation messages (48 and 24 hours), plus a text and call the day before, we will cancel the appointment 12 hours prior.
As a courtesy, we will send a message and offer to transfer the deposit one time to a future appointment.
If the client does not keep that future appointment, the deposit is forfeited, and 50% of the service fee is charged.
If the client remains unresponsive, the deposit is forfeited.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule once, you may do so 24+ hours in advance using the booking link.
If it’s within 24 hours, or if you need to reschedule again, please contact us directly.
Reschedules within less than 24 hours forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is required.
Cancellations
Cancel/reschedule 24+ hours in advance with no penalty.
Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours incur a $25 fee.
Deposits are non-refundable if canceled.
Grace Periods & Late Arrivals
There is a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes can possibly result in service cancellation, forfeiting the deposit, and a new deposit is required to rebook.
Children & Minors
Children are not permitted in treatment or waiting areas.
Teen Facials (ages 14–17) require a parent or guardian (facials that can be booked for teens are: Spark Signature Facial & Clarifying Detox Facial).
Language & Communication
Forms and communication are in English; Spanish support may be available but not guaranteed.
Policies are available in Spanish. Due to the nature of our services and by booking, clients acknowledge comfort with English or a mix of English and Spanish communication.
Emergencies
We understand emergencies happen—please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, though policies may still apply.
Payment Plans
Payment plans via Cherry are subject to third-party approval.
Clients are responsible for full payment if financing isn’t approved.
Other General Policies
Please arrive on time and review all pre-appointment instructions provided (if applicable).
All required intake and intake form(s), sent via automated messaging upon scheduling, must be completed at least 48-72 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to complete forms within this timeframe may result in rescheduling.
